Ideal Basement Waterproofing is not responsible for natural disasters, including floods, overflows, spillage broken pipes, frozen pipes, sinks, washers, water heaters, showers, toilet bowls, sump pumps, water shut-offs, windows, window wells to insid. Frozen and unclear sump pump discharge lines to outside of properties from ice and snow build up. Generators must be ready for power outages. Vapor Barrier cannot be cut, removed, nailed or screwed into or changed. Broken or frozen pipies are not covered. Vapor Barrier is only designed to collect moisture. Pipe openings to the outside or any other source of water that is not related to original claim.
